5G NR base station testing in the cloud presented at GSMA MWC 2019

Rohde & Schwarz showcases novel cloud-based testing concepts that leverage the benefits of cloud computing for advanced test applications at GSMA Mobile World Congress 2019 in Barcelona. Instrument automation and result evaluation are based on R&S®Quickstep sequencing software and R&S®VSE signal analysis software, which has been speed optimized for cloud operation using so-called micro-services.
