Your tasks
- Achieve solution sales objectives in assigned accounts through the effective development, management
- Develop and implement optimal strategies and business plans for system / solution sales in Philippines to achieve sales growth, market development and strong relationship building
- Build strong, knowledge-sharing, and profitable relationships with Philippines accounts of defense / security / critical infrastructure and related industry
- Ensure a holistic account understanding and have alignment to R&S sales strategies and initiatives
- Make presentations on solution level to related industry and customers to drive requirements and projects
- Establish contact, business development, mediation of relevant accounts to generate desired opportunities
- Work closely with RHQ on complete system solutions / configurations, pricing and sales and business strategies for projects
- Recommend and schedule Product / Application Specialist and Customer Support Engineer’s interfacing with the customer to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with after-market Sales & Service team(s) on installation and commissioning of equipment - Accompany end-users on key / strategic sales calls, customer visits, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and any other activities required to execute the business strategy
- Participate in forecast meetings, as well as prepare and maintain forecast information for dedicated accounts
- To work with key internal stakeholders to develop strategies which addresses access and growth into a.m. accounts
- Regular reporting on sales and distributor activity and competitor information
- To support the Managing Director in developing market exploitation strategies and to implement these agreed strategies
- Monitor and perform market intelligence and analysis on competitors’ behavior / tactics / strategies / policy / pricing and report details to Management as required
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned
