As the Channel Sales Support Specialist reporting to the Strategic Product Sales Manager, you will be the critical interface between back office functional groups, customer facing sales teams, and our Channel Partners. You will provide quick time critical responses to Channel Partner and internal sales inquiries. While this position can be based anywhere near a major US airport, the ideal candidate will be located in Southern California.
Your tasks
- Collection and management of data for various program registrations
- Manage operational and logistical items (ex: order management, fulfillment, delivery, price approvals, service)
- Secure and coordinate demo equipment
- Continuous communication with Channel Partners
- Educate and champion proper use of internal/external tool to internal and external customers
- Perform data mining within CRM, SAP, ERP and collaboration tools
- Manage critical delivery dates and time critical activities
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on seminars and small shows (partner focus)
- Maintain and update internal & external Channel communication pages
- Administer and manage sales notices and announcements including time sensitive promotions
