The Serbian Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) has awarded Rohde & Schwarz a contract to improve and expand their RF spectrum monitoring system. RATEL plans to build a network of compact and remotely controlled measuring stations in cities and major towns across the country. In 2021, Rohde & Schwarz delivered their compact R&S EM200 spectrum monitoring receivers and direction finders and R&S ARGUS spectrum monitoring software alongside omnidirectional antennas and accessories.

The Malaysian regulator has awarded Rohde & Schwarz a contract for a nationwide system of fixed spectrum monitoring stations that can be remote controlled at one national and five regional headquarters. Rohde & Schwarz will supply numerous monitoring stations to replace existing systems and establish new stations. All of them are based on the R&S UMS compact monitoring and radiolocation system with a new combined monitoring and DF antenna.

Rohde & Schwarz will deliver 26 more spectrum monitoring vehicles to the Office of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand for interference hunting applications, the assignment of new frequencies and other tasks for optimizing spectrum use.

After finishing a complete network upgrade to the latest R&S ARGUS 6.1 spectrum monitoring software, the Bulgarian Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) has recently awarded Rohde & Schwarz a follow-up contract for R&S UMS300 compact monitoring and radiolocation systems. The new systems fully comply with ITU recommendations and only require minimal infrastructure.
