As a Financial Administrator, you are the financial link for our Rohde & Schwarz BeNeLux entity in Utrecht. Your tasks
- You are responsible for correct and up-to-date financial administration. This includes: annual accounts, payroll administration, project administration, accounts receivable management, absenteeism management, sales invoices, etc.
- You make financial analyzes and provide input for the annual accounts.
- You periodically prepare returns, including VAT and payroll tax.
- Reconciling sub-administrations with general ledger and intercompany invoices to our international entities.
- You book and process administrative documents such as bank documents, purchase invoices, declarations, sales invoices, salaries, etc.
- You carry out payments to suppliers and prepare periodic financial reports.
- You manage the personnel registration system (ADP).
