Support Quality Management Department

Your tasks

Software Application and Reporting:
Maintain SAP material master database for spare parts and complimentary articles.
Maintain SAP QM module for new projects BOM uploading, Quality and Warehouse inspection plans.
Maintain SAP material shipment release requirements.
Generate weekly and monthly quality reports.
Generate training material and working procedures.
Practical and Communication:
E-Ideas management to coordinate, organize and drive process improvement activities.
Verification of material specifications in PDM/DMS for systems and projects material.
Coordinate with procurement on the material datasheet availability and work with Engineering to upload the datasheet into PDM/DMS.
Support factory Product audit and verification on critical component list.
