I want to do a calibration with 75 Ohms at the ZNB/ZND/ZVA. Do these VNAs accept the auto cal unit ZV-Z53 with 75 Ohms impedance?

Yes - that is possible.
Connect the unit to the ZNB/ZND/ZVA. If it is the first time, please wait some seconds until the data transfer has been finished. After that you can start the calibration in the menue.
Very important:
The connectors of the ZV-Z53 have the gender "female". As the inner conductor is smaller at 75 Ohms, you may damage it if a 50 Ohm connector is screwed on it!
