Your tasks
- • Repair of T&M instruments. • Updated with latest skills and Technology to improve technical competence and take up challenges • Ensuring on time repair / calibration of customer devices to meet Service KPI (Key Performance Indicator) • Interface with customers, attend to their enquiry, support customers remotely for minor issues • Daily update of ERP system to be in line with service process • Ensuring timely placement of order for necessary Spare Parts to meet the service Turn Around Time and On Time Delivery targets • Update Service Manager on daily activities and ensure necessary actions are taken for escalated cases • Comply with regular feedback from Service Manager, for corrective actions and improvements on feedback • Complete the webinars and mandatory web training on company policies on time • Attend the webinars and mandatory technical web training on specific products to encourage self-study and get self-motivated • Work in coordination with all team members and contribute to team output • To work with finance, admin and spare part handling team for on time settlements to avoid any delay • Updating/ schedule the service notifications on weekly basis for necessary corrective & preventive actions. • Timely submission of weekly time sheet to Service Manager • Onsite repair support at customer location and AMC related support activities at customer premises • Provide necessary technical information to CSR to update customers regularly • Take proactive actions as and when necessary to avoid customer escalations • Work with other departments and collaborate for a multi support work culture • Share knowledge by conducting regular technical knowledge sharing activities for a win-win situation • Contribute to Internal and External audits viz ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 audit • Bring ideas for improvement in System or Process to the knowledge of Service Manager • Weekly update on various tasks and take necessary actions based on feedback / suggestions
