As an Office Manager, you will be part of the Hungarian team dedicated to manage, organize and execute the general operation of the company, including but not limited to general administrative and management support, facility and car fleet management, general procurement and HR support tasks.
We are currently looking for Office Manager to support our expanding in Hungary. The position will reside in the Budapest office.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the general administration of the company. Create, organize and execute those processes which are necessary to run the daily operation, such as handle eGov administration tools and reports, short out incoming documents and take care about outgoing documents.
- You ensure the compliance with legal and internal regulations, administration of files and archival storage internally and with external partner
- Manage procurement of general items and services by SAP, like office stationeries, kitchen supplies, telecommunication services, etc. from demand to internal distribution.
- Take care about facility management of the office and all related services, like cleaning, maintenance, fire protection, key management, etc.
- Manage the necessary administration, maintenance of the assigned and shared company cars.
- Support, locally organize, coordinate and execute the human resource related tasks of the company, included demand planning, hiring, onboarding, leaving, daily operational demands
- Provide assistance to the local management for organizing travel, events, guests handling, etc.
