Your tasks
- Pre-sales and post-sales support activities, installation, commissioning and product trainings for customers
- Serve as an internal resource on technical issues. Responsible to conduct internal technical training, maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers and customers
- Leads field support-requiring coordination with other functions internally and at customer sites
- Responsible for on-site support activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance of Company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware like, wireless communication tester, RF test & measurement instrument, OEM and 3rd party software at customer sites
- Troubleshooting, debugging, diagnosis thus resolving product performance issues
- Solve broad range of hardware and / or software problems of varying scope and complexity
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
- Knowledge on Wireless communication tester such as CMW500, CMX500 or equivalent. GNSS Simulator such as SMBV100B etc.
- Knowledge on 4G,5G, WLAN and Bluetooth.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with prompt support
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
- Ability to travel within India up to 25 % of work time
