Your tasks

About the role
Pre-delivery inspection of new equipment
Booking of incoming customer equipment as part of service jobs processes. This mainly includes but not limited to: receiving, unpacking and booking-in instruments in ERP system
Demo equipment management, maintenance, record keeping and logistics
Documenting all support and performed tasks in details with assigned tools
Using daily work schedules to appropriately factor volume, priority, customer expectations, and company goals into decision making processes
Warehousing inventory recording, receiving, picking and dispatch of goods as per the delivery note
Other Warehouse support when required

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent computer skills including ERP system, MS Excel and MS Word
Self directed
Detail oriented and able to prioritise tasks
Good communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Communicates effectively with internal and external customers
