Waveform export to csv files shows wrong values in Excel

I have exported the waveform into a csv file. When I open the file in Excel, the values are completely wrong.

How can I get correct values?

The reason of this problem is caused from the regional settings in Windows. If the "decimal symbol" is set to "comma", excel does a wrong interpretation.

Unfortunately Excel does not show any warning.

It can be proven, if the file is opened with a simple editor, i.e. "notepad". It will show correct values.

The settings to change that are not located in Excel. Go to the "Region and Language" settings of Windows.

Change the "Decimal symbol" to dot and save the setting.

Now Excel displays the values correctly.
