For amplifier tests I need to know when the command "INIT:CONT OFF" is send to stop the sweep the analyzer continues generating power or not. It is very important to have this information in order to protect the amplifier.

Answer:
The command "INIT CONT OFF" does not switch off the output power. It still generates the "Start" Frequency with the power which has been set.
To switch off the power it is necessary to send "OUTP OFF" directly afterwards.
