I perform a calibration with remote commands. With the command to start the calibration sweep with a short standard I get this error message. What is the problem?
ZNA, ZNB, ZNL Execution error “Calibration standard is not used“
Resolution:
It depends which calibration type is used.
For example if the calibration type is set “CORR:COLL:METH:DEF 'Test', REFL, 1 “, then a normalization on port 1 with just an open standard has been selected. Then a calibration sweep with a short standard is not accepted and the error comes up.
Replace the parameter “REFL” with i.e “FOP” (Full one port calibration) or “RSH” (Normalization with short standard). The complete remote commands are:
CORR:COLL:METH:DEF 'TEST', FOP, 1
CORR:COLL:METH:DEF 'TEST', RSH, 1
