ZNA / ZVA / ZNB - no correction data for Sliding matches?

Description

I got a calibration kit with a sliding match standard. But there are no correction values for the NWA supplied.

Resolution

Sliding matches do not need any data because this is detected and calculated during calibration.

Any match is not ideal 50 Ohm, so there are some reflections. During calibration measurements are done with different length. For every measurement the complex value of the match is calculated. All measurement results will be on a circle in the smith diagram - the center of the circle is the exact value of the match.

This is the speciality of sliding matches. You do not need any data because the charcteristics are detected with high performance.
